For subscription-based plans and services on our website, you are eligible to get a full refund. The refund will be issued only after analyzing the problem and if we are unable to resolve your issue on time. But, you have to report about the issue within the first 30 days of purchasing the subscription.

In case, we can resolve your issue in the stipulated time, you will not get or demand a refund. The refund will be processed to the customers after the deduction of the service charge. You should seek services from us only if you agree to our refund policy. A user is suggested to read the terms and conditions carefully before paying any fee.

Refund Criteria

A customer needs to meet the following criteria for plans other than the subscription-based:

• You will get a refund if you have all the pre-requisites that were required at the time of resolving the issue and still we could not resolve the issue.
• The issue you are facing with a particular service is out of its scope.
• You have requested before the end of 30 days from the day you bought our service.
