For subscription-based plans and services on our website, you are eligible to get a full refund. The refund will be issued only after analyzing the problem and if we are unable to resolve your issue on time. But, you have to report about the issue within the first 30 days of purchasing the subscription.

In case, we can resolve your issue in the stipulated time, you will not get or demand a refund. The refund will be processed to the customers after the deduction of the service charge. You should seek services from us only if you agree to our refund policy. A user is suggested to read the terms and conditions carefully before paying any fee.
